Applies to current transformers for use with electrical measuring instruments and electrical protection devices such as those covered, in general, by the following standards: AS 1024; AS 1042; AS 1284. Also applies to current transformers suitable for operating circuit-breaker trip coils, and to standard transformers used in current transformer testing, but does not apply to current transformers intended specifically for current summation purposes.
